The Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC), a subsidiary of the Growthfund, announces the concession lease of a property in Rhodes to the Fund for the Financing of Judicial Buildings (TAXDIK) of the Ministry of Justice.
The property, registered under Asset Code (ABK) 147, is located on Ierou Lochou Street, near Kleovoulos Lindios Park, and previously housed the old Rhodes Cadastre. It is being granted to the Ministry of Justice for a period of twenty (20) years, to meet the building and operational needs of its services on the island.
The lease agreement was signed today by HPPC’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Iro Hadjigeorgiou, and the Secretary General of Justice, Mr. Pelopidas Laskos, in the presence of the Minister of Justice, Mr. Giorgos Floridis, representatives of the judicial authorities, and ETAD executives.
This concession lease forms part of the institutional cooperation between the two entities and aims to ensure modern and suitable infrastructure for the smooth and efficient operation of judicial and administrative services. At the same time, it substantially enhances the quality of services provided to citizens.
This initiative reaffirms ETAD’s strategic role in the rational and efficient management of its real estate portfolio, guided by the public interest and the support of critical state functions across the country.
