Through its dedicated e-auction platform HPPC offers to the investing public the possibility to buy or lease properties in its portfolio. In order to ensure transparency and reliability, the assets are made available through open tenders for which the investing public can be informed through the Company’s website and the e-publicrealestate.gr platform, as well as through other sources of public information. All the necessary information is available on the HPPC’s website, with a detailed description of the procedure and participation requirements. Along with the ongoing tenders and those scheduled and expected, the investing public has the opportunity to search for properties that meet their interest criteria and to contact the Company in order to request additional information and clarifications as well as to express its interest.
