A long-term lease is envisaged for the property hosting the historic former hotel.

The Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC), a subsidiary of the Growthfund, proceeds with the development of yet another historic hotel asset, “Xenia Vytina” in Arcadia.

HPPC launches an open electronic tender process (e-auction), through the online platform www.e-publicrealestate.gr, for the long-term lease of “Xenia Vytina” for a period of forty (40) years, with an option for a ten (10)-year extension. The property covers a total land area of 36,638 sq.m., within which there is a non-operating hotel building of 1,315.93 sq.m., plus a basement of 61.65 sq.m., with a capacity of 20 double rooms.

“Xenia Vytina” was constructed in 1961 based on designs by architect Kostas Bitsios and, in 2008, was designated as a listed monument by the Central Council for Modern Monuments.
