HPPC: Two New Members Appointed to the Board of Directors
Ms. N. Kollia and Ms. M. Skiathiti join the Company’s Board
The Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC), a subsidiary of the Growthfund, announces that, following a decision of its Shareholders’ General Assembly, two new members have been appointed to its Board of Directors, which now comprises nine (9) members.
Following these appointments, the Board of Directors of HPPC is structured as follows:
- Dimitrios Politis, Chairman, Non-Executive Member of the BoD
- Iro Hadjigeorgiou, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member of the BoD
- Anna Saipi, Non-Executive Member of the BoD, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee
- Ioannis Kostopoulos, Non-Executive Member of the BoD, Member of the Audit & Risk Committee
- Maria Ioannidou, Non-Executive Member of the BoD, Member of the Audit & Risk Committee
- Martha Kabbatha, Non-Executive Member of the BoD
- Athina-Maria (Naya) Kollia, Non-Executive Member of the BoD
- Maria Skiathiti, Non-Executive Member of the BoD
- Anthoula (Anthie) Trokoudi, Non-Executive Member of the BoD
HPPC’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Iro Hadjigeorgiou, stated: “We welcome Ms. N. Kollia and Ms. M. Skiathiti to the Company’s Board of Directors and wish them a successful and productive tenure. Their expertise and experience will significantly strengthen HPPC’s corporate governance and contribute effectively to the Company’s ongoing transformation. Brief CV – N. Kollia
Naya (Athina-Maria) Kollia brings 30 years of professional experience, spanning both the private sector and the management of Greek State-owned assets. She began her career in 1996 as a legal advisor at General Bank, followed by Société Générale. In 2013, she joined the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF/TAIPED) as Legal Advisor and subsequently served as Head Legal Counsel for the real estate and marinas division. She has also served on the Board of Directors of HPPC and Hellinikon S.A. In 2021, she was appointed General Coordinator (CIO) of TAIPED’s Project Preparation Facility (PPF), responsible for the tendering of public projects, primarily funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility. In 2023, she assumed the role of Secretary General for Public Property at the Ministry of National Economy. She currently works as an independent legal advisor. Since December 2024, she has been serving as an independent non-executive member of the Board of the listed Fais Group. She holds a Law degree from Democritus University of Thrace and an LL.M. in International Finance and Banking Law (with distinction) from the University of London (Queen Mary/LSE). She is fluent in English, French, and Italian. She is married and has two children.

Maria Skiathiti is a senior executive with more than 30 years of international experience in the technology sector, having held leadership roles at Oracle Hellas and subsequently at Microsoft across Greece, Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). She has held positions with full business and financial responsibility (P&L), leading sales, services and partner ecosystem organizations, driving growth and high performance. As Head of Services at Microsoft Greece and at regional level (CEE), she led the transformation of the organization by redesigning its operating model and strengthening delivery capabilities, improving efficiency, competitiveness of Microsoft services and accelerating cloud platform adoption. In EMEA roles, she designed and implemented partner ecosystem growth strategies, developing scalable models and co-selling programs, strengthening governance and accelerating sustainable partner-led revenue growth. She combines deep technological expertise with strategic insight and a strong focus on transformation, growth and long-term value creation. She holds a degree in Applied Mathematics & Information Systems from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MBA from ALBA Business School, and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Northeastern University, Boston, USA.
