The Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC) S.A. announces the launch of open electronic competitive bidding procedures (e-auctions) for four (4) new properties, thereby continuing its strategic growth plan through the optimal utilization of its real estate portfolio across Greece.
More specifically, HPPC is announcing the sale of a seafront listed building in Agios Nikolaos, Crete. The two-storey building is located in a prime area along the coastal road, offering stunning sea views and potential for both residential and tourist development. Likewise, the sale of a 150 sq.m. stone building on a 227 sq.m. plot is announced, located in a central area of the picturesque and traditional settlement of Chrisso, in the Municipality of Delphi, at the foothills of Mount Parnassus.
Additionally, HPPC is launching an electronic tender for the sale of a corner plot located in a central area along the coastal road in Neo Faliro, Attica, as well as a similar corner plot in Nea Ionia, Volos.

Interested parties wishing to participate in the tenders are invited to visit the electronic platform www.e-publicrealestate.gr and register, in order to obtain relevant information regarding the bidding process and to acquire the General and Special Terms of the Tender.
The deadline and place for submitting the Supporting Documents File is set for Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 14:00 (Greece local time), at the offices of HPPC S.A., 7 Vouli Street, Syntagma, Athens (2nd floor – Protocol Office).
