HPPC announces a Call of Expression of Interest for the submission of proposals for the development of its asset in the region of Kaiafas in the Peloponnese.
Through this call, HPPC is seeking to attract innovative and sustainable proposals from the Greek and international investment community, whereas following this process the main goal of the company is to launch an International Tender for the long-term development of this unique asset within its portfolio.
The strategic objective of HPPC is the substantial upgrading of the infrastructure of its emblematic property in Kaiafas and its transformation into a new, internationally renowned, “green” development pole for the entire region, which will highlight its natural beauty and ensure the protection of this unique ecosystem.
The property occupies an area of 5,210,342 sq.m. and includes the Lake Kaiafa, the thermal springs of Anigrid Nymphs and Geranios or Atlantides Nymphs, thermal treatment facilities and the island of Agia Aikaterini, where hotel facilities and nautical activities (water skiing) are hosted among other infrastructure.
