Invitation to a new open electronic auction on the website www.e-publicrealestate.gr for the lease of Kourouta Camping, Prefecture of Ilia.
Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC) SA hereby issues an Invitation to Tender via Open Electronic Auction (e-auction) on the electronic platform www.e-publicrealestate.gr, for the lease of Kourouta Camping in the Municipality of Amaliada in the Prefecture of Ilia.
The duration of the lease is 15 years with the possibility of extending it for an additional 10 years.
The Camp Site is 5km from the city of Amaliada and is located in a 22.5 acre area. It is by the sea and outside of the settlement and includes dining and recreation areas as well as lodges, reception areas, sanitary facilities, other ancillary and storage areas, catering and leisure facilities (restaurant, snack bar, etc.), sports facilities and parking spaces, etc.
Those interested in taking part in the Auction are invited to visit the online platform www.e-publicrealestate.gr and to register so they can receive the relevant information about the auction process and receive the General and Special terms of the Auction.
The deadline and the place for the submission of the Documents Dossier is Thursday 16.12.2021, 14.00 Greek time, at the HPPC S.A. offices, Voulis 7, Syntagma, Athens (2nd floor Protocol office). The date of the electronic auction will be announced to participants in accordance with the General Terms for HPPC S.A. real estate leasing auctions.
