The Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC) SA reminds interested parties that the deadline for the e-auction for the lease of a Food Service Establishment (FSE) on Ammoglossa beach in Keramoti, Kavala Prefecture, expires on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 14.00 Greek time.
The auction relates to a beach bar which, as well as the main areas, also has a semi-outdoor area of 170.69 sq.m.
The duration of the lease is five (5) years with the possibility of it being extended for another four (4) years.
Ammoglossabeach is 39 km east of Kavala and is just 6 nautical miles from Thasos. It is a strip of land that extends out into the Aegean. The turquoise sea and the green pine forest of the Keramoticoast make this a particularly enchanting place. The beach where there are organized beach bars, cafes and taverns attracts many visitors every year.
Interested parties who wish to take part in the Auctionare invited to visit the online platform www.e-publicrealestate.gr and register so that they can receive the relevant information about the auction process and obtain the General and Special terms of the Auction.
The Supporting Documents File should be submitted at the offices of HSPC, Voulis 7 Syntagma, Athens (2nd floor – Protocol Office).
