The Regulatory Compliance Division of HPPC is an independent organizational unit and reports to the Board of Directors, through the Audit Committee.
The basic mission of the Regulatory Compliance Department is the design, organization, implementation and management of the Regulatory Compliance System established by the Board of Directors of the company, in order to:
- Secure the compliance of the entire company with the applicable regulatory/legislative and ethical framework, processes, individual procedures and best practices (international standards) of compliance management.
- Ensure risk management for regulatory compliance, but also the avoidance of bribery and corruption, as well as the Business Continuity system for regulatory compliance.
